I worked this fabric this afternoon while I was waiting for inspiration to complete the last image posted.

I finished this piece but as no 'flash' has materialised perhaps the other piece is finished too.

It seems I'm being drawn towards a strong, almost tribal feel for the patterning. I'll see where this leads...

I'm spreading them out, on the floor, to see if I want the impact of them altogether or whether to hang them singularly, like art pieces in a gallery...

My latest fabric to be finished,crochet,appliqued,patched and stitched. Given body by bolding on to a wool blanket

The colours on this piece are so jumpy it is difficult to successfully photograph,but this is my best shot !

From a previous project based on hands.This embroidery reflects on a shared meal in a restaurant in Prague.The plate and fork (top left) cup (bottom left) and bill to the right.
This actually sold to a restaurant owner in the UK.

My junk shop finds. A 1960's illuminated cocktail cabinet. Illuminated from within and from the lamp on top.
